About Lymaris

I'm Lymaris Márquez. I was born and raised in Puerto Rico, and I've spent my life helping people move through change — as a licensed mental health counselor in Florida, and now as a health coach.

I came to health coaching the honest way: through my own steps. I know what it's like to look at a lab report and feel like it's written in another language, to start over on a Monday, to need someone in your corner who sees the whole person — not just a number on a scale.

My approach is simple: small steps, taken consistently, with someone walking beside you. We work with your real life — your food, your family, your schedule, your language. Some weeks we take a big step, some weeks we just keep our footing. Both count.
